Growing up in Cohasset Frank prides himself on being very familiar with the housing market here in Cohasset and surrounding South Shore communities. Frank is a skilled negotiator and pays careful attention to all the details surrounding a real estate transaction. He has excellent problem solving skills and an impeccable reputation with his peers, which along with his creative marketing skills has led to his achieving the Broker of the Year Award and ranked as the # 1 Broker in Cohasset and the South Shore.
Frank Neer is also a trusted leader in the South Shore and is known for his generous offering of time and efforts to several not-for-profit organizations. Frank just completed a two year term as President of the South Shore Art Center Board of Directors. Frank not only helped guide the SSAC but was responsible for bringing Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops to Cohasset as a benefit for the SSAC for the past five years. Frank is also a Founding Board member of the Cohasset Land Foundation and on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Playhouse which owns and operates the South Shore Music Circus and the Cape Cod Melody Tent. Frank is also the Executive Director of the Nantucket Wine Festival and the Tanglewood Wine & Food Classic all which benefit children’s programs and the Arts.
Frank resides in Cohasset with his wife Judy and his daughter Jenna.

Betsy has been with Coldwell Banker in their Back Bay office for over 12 years and has lived in downtown Boston for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Betsy was the Director of Tourism for Greater Boston for 11 years where she developed marketing plans to attract business to Boston and also oversaw the development of Visitor Service programs for the City. Because of this vast experience Betsy has created an excellent Relocation program for her incoming Boston real estate clients.
